ICT projects delivered on time, on budget, and properly handed over.

One person accountable for the plan, the suppliers and the handover.

A project manager walking colleagues through a schedule on the wall

What this is

New systems fail for boring reasons. Nobody owned the timeline, the supplier was never held to the quote, and the staff found out on go-live day. We run the project so none of that happens, whether it is a new records system, a move to the cloud, a second branch or your own compliance programme.

You get a written plan with dates and owners, one point of contact for every supplier, and a weekly note short enough that you will actually read it. When a vendor slips, you hear it from us before it becomes your problem.

We manage the suppliers you already have as readily as the ones we recommend, and we take no commission from any of them. What we tell you to buy is only about what suits you.

How it runs

Four stages. You see each one before the next starts.

STAGE 1Scope

What has to be true when this is finished, written down and agreed before anyone spends money.

STAGE 2Plan

Dates, owners, budget, and the risks that could sink it, each with a fix.

STAGE 3Run

We chase the suppliers, track the budget and send you one short note a week.

STAGE 4Land

Staff trained, documentation handed over, and a review against what you were promised.

Questions

What clients ask about this one.

We already have a supplier. Do we still need you?

That is often exactly when you do. We work for you, not for them, so someone is holding the supplier to the quote, the scope and the date. We are happy to manage vendors we did not choose.

Is this only for big projects?

No. Moving fifteen staff to Microsoft 365, digitising a filing room or opening a second branch all go better with one person owning the plan. We scope the fee to the size of the job.

Do you resell the software you recommend?

No. We take no commission from vendors, so our advice on what to buy is only about what suits you and what it will cost to run.
