Two hours turns your staff into the first line of defence.
People who know what personal data is, what to do with it, and what to do when something goes wrong.

What this is
Most breaches begin with a person, not a server: a shared password, a forwarded spreadsheet, a phishing email that looked like the bank. Training is the cheapest control you can buy and the one most often skipped. We run short, practical sessions built around your real systems and your real risks, so people leave knowing what to do on Monday.
Sessions run on site, online or in small public cohorts. Every attendee gets a short handout, a check of understanding and a certificate. You get the register, which is the training evidence a data controller is expected to hold.
For organisations appointing a Data Protection Officer, we prepare your nominee for the role itself: the law, the registers, handling requests, and how to talk to POTRAZ.
Who asks for it
What you get
- All-staff data protection awareness, two to three hours
- Data Protection Officer preparation programme
- Cyber hygiene: passwords, phishing, devices and public Wi-Fi
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, used properly
- A board or management briefing on what the Act means for you
- Workshops tailored to your systems and processes
- Certificates and a register for your compliance file
How it runs
Four stages. You see each one before the next starts.
A short call to learn who is being trained, what they use, and what has gone wrong before.
Examples and exercises drawn from your own workflows, not generic slides.
Half-day or full-day sessions, on site or online, in groups small enough to ask questions.
A follow-up quiz, quick-reference cards and a refresher date so it sticks.
Questions
What clients ask about this one.
How long is the all-staff session?
Two to three hours. Role-based sessions and DPO preparation run over one or more full days.
Can you train our branches online?
Yes. Live online sessions work well for distributed teams. We keep groups small so people can ask questions.
Do people get certificates?
Every attendee receives a certificate of attendance and you receive the register, which supports the training evidence expected of a data controller.
